To all our customers and partners throughout North America.
We are currently renewing our fleet insurance for the year 2016.
We have been recently informed that our actual insurer, Zurich Insurance CO is getting out of fleet coverage as of January 2016, at the date of contract renewal, for each customer. Apparently this decision of Zurich affects all fleets covering Canada and the United-States.
We are therefore looking for a new insurer with our insurance agent. There will be delays to obtain insurance certificates for you since the renewal will probably not be effective or concluded until December 17th or 18th 2015, for the year 2016, at the earliest. All insurance certificates should be sent on the 17th or the 18th of December to all of you from our insurance agent.
We are really sorry for those delays but want to assure you that everything is done to bring this to conclusion before the Christmas week.
